The black caviar of the store has always been one of the most expensive delicacies . These fish are caught when they fly from the Caspian Sea and seek their way to the freshwater of the river, especially the Volga. Stores sometimes enter the Black Sea and travel from there to the Danube. Immediately after capture, while the females are still alive, the eggs are removed by hand.
