Serving Caviar

Caviar is a product that improves appetite and is served at the beginning of the meal as a snack . Caviar can be served in small crystal or glass bowls or in a special caviar dish . Its essence is as follows – a glass or other material container with caviar is placed in a slightly larger container filled with ice cubes (because in cold temperatures the taste and consistency of caviar is better). For this purpose, manufacturers offer luxurious dishes of porcelain, crystal, white metal and other materials. Caviar must not come into contact with silver or metal , as these materials oxidize and the caviar acquires a specific fishy taste. Recommended material for caviar spoons is horn, mother of pearl, turtle armor or wood.
